Well, it’s a stopwatch and there’s not much to say about this cute freeware application except it is optimized for touch user interface and is very easy to handle with a big ‘Count Up’, ‘Count Down’, ‘Stop’, ‘Reset’ and the ‘Exit’ button.
Time Machine lets you count the remaining or passed time for what ever purpose you can imagine and that’s basically all it does but it does it well and you can use it whenever you need a basic countdown tool.
Time is measured in intervals of one second and for the countdown function you need to use the up arrows above the numbers to adjust the start time and than use ‘Count Down’ and ‘Stop’ buttons to start and stop/pause the timer.
Alarm function is also included and will notify you once when the countdown reaches zero (i.e.Egg Timer)
I guess that main goal was to develop comprehensible, small and accurate timing tool without bloating it with unnecessary features. Time Machine is a nice, easy to use freeware application for everyone that reminds you of timely matters, such as cooking, timing yourself for a test or speech, or hundreds of other uses, just set up the timer and rest your mind about it.
The latest update brings lot of improvements in the user interface and functionality. Now it is possible to choose between two predefined alarm tone, set volume and select style. It looks like a great update that definitely worth downloading.
